Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is the largest health insurance company in the state with over 5.5 million members. They offer health plans that can be customized for individuals, children, and families that include consumer-driven plans, Health Savings Accounts, and short-term medical plans. The different plans are described below
Blue Access Plan 2
Our Rating: 
Blue Access Plan 2 provides the most extensive benefits of any individual health insurance plan offered by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Indiana.
It features a high level of benefits usually found only in employer-sponsored group health plans. Blue Access Plan 2 Plan highlights include:

Blue Access Plan 3 uses the same PPO network and has the same prescription drug benefits as Blue Access Plan 2, but is designed much differently. Unlike Blue Access Plan 2, Blue Access Plan 3 does not offer optional maternity benefits. It provides identical benefits to Blue Access Plan 2 with 3 DIFFERENCES:

The Blue Access Value Plan is Anthem's least expensive PPO plan, but provides more comprehensive benefits than the Economy Plan. The Blue Access Value Plan costs less because it has much higher deductibles.
